Shipping

Once your order is placed online, we are unable to alter your order. All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days after placing the order, unless otherwise specified at checkout. All domestic shipping destinations usually take 3 - 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time does not include holidays. Orders are shipped pending availability and credit processing verification. 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard U.S. and international shipping rates may apply. Please note that some shipping options are not trackable. If packages are lost using a non-trackable option we will not be able to retrieve it or reimburse the purchase.

Return Policy

To qualify for a return, your product must arrive back at Kynd Lyfe within 30 days of the date you received it. Please allow 10 days of transit time back to our office. In order to process your return, the product(s) must be unused, undamaged and in original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges apply.

Refunds & Processing Time

If your return package arrives within the 30 day timeline (as specified above), your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be sent an email to the email associated to your account when the transaction occurred. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Exchange Policy

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We currently do not accept payment by check or money order. For credit card protection purposes, we do not accept phone orders.
